I have a problem: when sent a email by a delegate the email sent not compare in the sent email of the "master".
I use Outlook and Exchange 2003
I resolve with this hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953804/en-us but I have a problem. Sorry for my English but when I sent a email with "request confirm of read" (Sorry I don't remember how translate in English) the email sent... disappear!!!
It is not in the email sent of the delegate and it's not in the email sent of "master" (chief!).
Now I use a rule of Outlook 2003 but I don't like it because the rule copy the sent email in the folder sent email of the master and many times the sent email of the master don't have the date.
