  • Block ALL Urls in email body

I'm having a issue recently where our exchange server is located in another country (makes my life hell) and I have no control over our spam filter.

The issue lies in the fact that our end users have been clicking urls and having very malicious software being installed on their machines... so we decided we want to block all URLs and make it so they would have to copy and paste.

I've searched and searched and found some things like how it does block them in the junk email and other posts about how to allow certain attachments but i want all URLs blocked in the body of the email.

Do any of you know how I can do this?

We are running outlook 2003, mostly sp2, some sp3 and having more and more 2007 users.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
