  • Outlook 2003 inbox

I use outlook for three hotmail accounts and 1 school account. I was wondering if there's a way to route all the new messages to the main personal folders inbox, but still have them available on their own accounts. This would be the same for junk mail. That way I don't have to clear 4 junk mail folders and 4 trashes. And I wouldn't have to look at all 4 inboxes.

Have a look at the Rules in Outlook and use the Copy option instead of the Move. You appear to want the mail from each account to be available in it's own PST as well as being available in a central PST but with all the Junk Mail going into the central PST. Does this sound like what you want?
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
    1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
    2 2 1 1 2

Yes thats exactly it. I've been playing around with the rules, but the only way I can get it to work is if I manually go to the rules options and click run rules now.

Are there any instructions to do what I mentioned earlier?
