  • Outlook 2003 - wrong Date/Time shown on emails

    Dear all,

One of our office employees is having a very odd issue with her Outlook 2003 (POP3 account): Her system clock is set to the correct date and time, but all arriving emails appear in her inbox with a "Received" date of one day in the past.

e.g., I send an email on June 11, her inbox shows it as received on June 10.

When I check the raw mail headers (as received in her Outlook), the "Received:" header does show the correct date - June 11 - but the inbox view does not.

To complicate matters further - when she sends emails, most recipients get them with the correct "received" date in their Outlooks (POP3 accounts on the same mail server). However, one guy - who is on a different domain with an Exchange account - sees them as received one day in the future....

What to do? I'm lost, since I've ran out of ideas what to check and where... please help!

    Thanks.
Working...
