  • Strange occurrances.

    Hi all,

We have a user (Hereinafter - User#1) that has left the company and naturally we have disabled the users account and archived of email etc....

Recently we have noticed a problem where we send meeting invites to attendees to say a meeting room and it bounces back saying that it failed to send to all recipients.

For some reason - User#1 is attached to all meeting requests. I cannot find where she is to remove her. I have re-enabled her account for the time being to prevent further failiures but would like to remove here asap.

Hope this makes sense and your help is appreciated.

When you disabled their account did you also remove them from the GAL?

Yes she was removed from the GAL but it seems to me as if she was the admin of these meeting groups - to which she would receive a copy of the emails when ever a booking was made.

I have checked everywhere I can think of (Send on behalf of, permissions, delegate etc...) but no avail.

      Thanks

Yes - simply disabled the account and removed users email address.

                hi
are the meeting requests sent from a public folder calendar ? if so have you checked the moderated folder?
under the calendar properties under administration there is a moderated folder they may exist in there...
