  • Shutting Down Outlook Processes

    I use several different profiles in Outlook. When changing Profiles the processes do not stop when you change to new email account. Using CMD line with Outlook /CleanProfile or Outlook /ResetFolders worked on a system at work but not on my home system. I can only change profiles and launch Outlook if I use Task Manager and manually shut down the process. Creating a new profile does not fix the problem either.

    Anyone see this before and have a fix for it?

    I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 for my OS
    Outlook 2003 SP3
    We do have AVST Unified Messaging and CallXpress
    Our Exchange Servers are Exchange 2003
    We are upgrading to Exchange 2007 but I have not migrated yet
