  • Uninstalling Outlook 2003 Standard

My question is does uninstalling Microsoft Outlook 2003 Standard remove the messages (inbox, sent items) and address book contacts ? If not then if I were to reinstall is it possible to import the old account back into the new setup of an account ?

    Are you connecting to Exchange?
Exchange stores everything within its own databases so it will not be affected by uninstalling Outlook.
Have you got a bit more info you could provide about your setup please?
    cheers

Just installed locally on a Windows XP Professional SP2 Computer. Just a POP3 account no Exchange Server. Thanks.

No, from experience uninstalling Outlook or any Office application does not remove your profiles or customization files and registry keys.
