  • New emails expand my group??


    I currently use Outlook 2003,

    My inbox is set up as Group messages by 'Received By' and sort by received....

    Since christmas (must be an update thats changed this) every time i get a new email, it expands the group its received into, i have gone through all sorts of setting to try and change it, but have no idea.,,,

    can anyone help? i want the group to stay collapsed like it used to until i expand it myself to view the new messge.

    Try reseting the current view to the original and then recreate your grouping.

    Right click on the the column header bar, customize current view, and then reset current view.
