  • Outlook 2003 Reply/Forward Errors

I have a problem with replying/forwarding emails in Outlook 2003. I have an html signature that is horizontally across from one side to the other. When an e-mail is forward or replied the text below the signature (the previous information with the email address, date and time, etc.. ) is wrapped on the right, next to the html signature. So the alignment is completely off. Is there away to fix this problem?

The email signature is in an html table.

I think it very much depends on the code in the signature, so anything will be guesswork.

I assume (please confirm) that without the signature, there are no issues?

Have you tried a very simple signature (no tables) to see if that works OK?

Would you consider posting the HTML (sanitise the text if needed) so one of our experts (hovering over my shoulder as I type ) can look at it?

Here is the screenshot of my error. I do apologize for the blackouts, I only did it for security reasons.

        That worked well.

Upload the saved JPG image (with blackouts) to this site. Use the Paperclip next to the smiling face on the top row of the editing tools.

Another question I have also is can the HTML signature cause the email to be thrown in the junk/spam folder?

Yes, that could be a cause. I have also found emails sent from me to me have also ended up in the junk. Seems to have been caused by having a hyperlink in the message.
