  • Document Changes once Emailed

When I send a document that was designed on Publisher or Word via email as an attachment (Outlook 2003) the fonts have changed size and the parts of the document have moved even though I grouped the boxes. Help please!

Does the recipient have the same fonts installed as you do?
There is a "save embedded fonts" option somewhere in most Office applications.

If you copy a word file to another PC which has a different Office version of your PC, then obviously there will be this effect according to my knowledge.

Thanks, I will look into the 'save embedded fonts' but as a test I have emailed these documents back to myself and they still change text box positions and font sizes.
