  • Contacts not in Address Book

Outlook 2003 - All of the names in the Contacts do not display in the address book. Some of the contacts are in the book. The book does not mirror the contacts. Why is that and what is the fix?

    Thanks

    What do you mean???

If it is what i think it is then you need to add a dummy PAB for it to show.

I mean that not all of the names in the contact list are showing up in the address book. I have deleted the address book and recreated it several times to no avail.

        Which address book though??

        Is this on a domain??

Is it a personal account that you collect mail from a POP server??

You do realise that your contacts is its own address book??
