  • Outlook - Contacts - how to show all fields for all contacts at once?

Hi: I have a database of about 250 contacts in Outlook stored in a Public Folder. I would like to see all of the fields in which I have entered info (in table format) for all of the contacts - at one time - like a complete database table with no filters.

I don't see a way to do this using Outlook controls. Is there a script? Even to export the database, it seems like I have to pick the fields.

    Can anyone help?

    thank you!

You could create a new contacts folder in your mailbox and then copy the PF contacts to it and export to Excel.
