  • I want contacts to be known by the company name in Outlook 2000.

I want the default name of a contact to be the company name, not the person at the company.

I'm trying to organize tasks I need to do, and it is very easy to associate the task with a contact - but that contact always shows as a person's name in the Task view, when it would be much more useful to see the company name instead. It doesn't help to see that I need to follow up with Bob Smith when I don't remember what company Bob works for, you know? Right now, if I want to see what company a task relates to, I have to manually type in the company on the second page of the task, every time I make a new task. This is stupid. It should automatically show somehow. What am I missing?
