forward or redirect option fail

  • forward or redirect option fail

    An employee moved from “domain x” to “domain y” and he want me to forward or redirect his e-mail from [email protected] to [email protected] . when I tried both option I fail to acquire his request.

    Why?
    if someone send him e-mail from [email protected] to [email protected] and his name in CC then the e-mail will be forward or redirect to [email protected] but with his name in TO filed not in CC. I tried both option and I could not come with a good solution for this issue.

    If I use forward option then all e-mail coming to his old e-mail will be forward it to his new e-mail but nit in its original format, it will have his old e-mail name account not from the original sender.

    If I use redirect option then we will get the e-mail in his original format but if his name was entered in CC filed then it will be changed to TO filed.
