  • Problem with outlook 2003 tasks list not showing all tasks

Hi everyone, I have a problem with outlook 2003 tasks, I have a user who uses outlook today to look at his tasks, but when he is in that view it seems to only list so many tasks, say roughly around 40, this means that he will miss some of his tasks, he doesn't like using the tasks tab section but outlook today, does anyone know how you can change how many tasks are shown on the outlook today list.

    Cheers

Outlook Today is based around custom HTML pages so could probably be customised
Try these as a starting point:

    http://articles.techrepublic.com.com...1-5153526.html

The last one looks quite likely
    Also http://www.downloadsquad.com/2005/10...n-for-outlook/

Note that the methods will be similar for most versions of Outlook, so don't worry if some are for earlier than 2003

    Good Luck!

None of them are really what I'm looking for, within my outlook today tasks list I can see everything but on the users I can't, there must be a reason and a solution to this.

Ah -- I thought it was global behaviour from your original post.
I have to say, I've never liked Outlook Today but looking into customising gave me some interesting ideas

Can you check the settings are the same for you and the user in question, also are both operating at the same screen resolution?
