  • Operation failed wen using CTRL + Enter to send mail

    Hi
One of my users has a quirky issue.
When he uses a the send mail keyboard shortcut of CTRL + Enter in Outlook 2000 he gets a message box saying 'Operation Failed'. This shortcut has worked for him as recently as yesterday.

Nothing has changed on our network overnight and to my knowledge he had no issues login on this morning. I've provided an alternative shortcut (Alt + S) and this works fine.

Searching the internet I did find an article about change the editor so that it doesn't use MS Word. He doesn't use MS Word as his Email Editor.

He is happy to use the alternative shortcut but this is alien to him after using CTRL + Enter for so long, has anybody come across this before and knows how to resolve the issue.

    Many thanks

What is wrong with using F9?
    1 1 was a racehorse.
    2 2 was 1 2.
    1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
    2 2 1 1 2

Thank you for your reply but I have already provided my user with a solution/workaround (Alt + S) but he is use to using CTRL + Enter.
I was hoping that someone else had encountered this issue before and had a solution.
