  • Adding columns to 'Select Names' dialog

    Hi all,

    when creating a new mail message in Outlook (2003) you can click the 'To...' button to open the the 'Select Names' dialog box on which you can select the recipients.

    Is it possible to change the columns in that dialog box?

    The attached screenshot shows what the columns currently look like. Can they be changed to something like: Name, Job Title, Department, Business Phone?
