  • Outlook 2003 Upgrade to non-admins

Trying to upgrade Outook to 2003 on client computers to automatically connect to Exchange. Used the custom installation wizard and set all Exchange specific information. Problem is that all users are configured as "Users" and the install routine won't run unless your are an administrator.

Is there a way to push out an Outlook upgrade to non-administrators via login script / shutdown script?

    Many, many thanks in advance.

have a look at this answer:

If you know the built-in RunAs command, you'll know the problem with providing it with passwords. CPAU is a free tool that can run an install program (or whatever) and it can save the password to an encrypted file so your users don't see the Administrator password.
