  • outlook problem

    Hi,
i do have one weird question and try to figure out.
our productions machines have outlook 2003 sp2 installed.
we need to process some message files got it from our clients.
we convert PST file to single MSG file, and then do soft printing.
here is the problem, when our program opens the message file to print.
everything will be fine if there are no links or pictures in the content.
vice versa, it seems trying to connect to internet, and just hanging.
all our production PCs are in local network, means no internet connection at all
of cause, the links won't work.
just wanted to know if there is any way to prevent file trying to connect internet.
or maybe blocking port or something like telling system that there is no internet connection, just print the content.
    i really need your help

    thanks
