  • Showing Busy Times

    Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie on the forum here, but I've been a fan of Petri for a long time!

    Anyways,
I'm trying to find the option to ONLY show the busy times of the people who have shared their calendars. We are running Outlook 2003.
I know there's a way to do this but I can't find the filter for it.

    Does anyone know how?

    Thank you!

    Sam

      Sorry Jeremy,

I already saw that article before...but I want it to show JUST the busy times of people. I don't want to see their free-times.

      Any ideas?

A bit of programming to query the underlying data
Is it Exchange or PST storage? I may (not promising) be able to throw something together

          Hi,
We have Exchange server 2003, but it's actually just my boss who wants to be able to see only the busy times of others who share their calendars, on his machine with Outlook 2003.
