  • "Junk E-mail" folder under "Tasks"

    Hi, everyone.
We are using Exchange 2003 and the clients are using Outlook2003 on XP.
One of my stuff have a strange problem: the Junk E-mail folders appears under the Tasks folder, not under Inbox (where it should be). Useless to say it cannot be moved, or deleted and recreated under Inbox.
Although the user lives with this glitch, is still annoying for me ( I'm the Departmental NetManager, the Exchange server is Enterprise based).
We contacted Microsoft and they said that the mailbox should be deleted from the Exchange and recreated. This is not an easy task to do, since the user has permissions on Public Folders that will be lost and thus rebuilt.
    1) Did anyone encountered the problem or knows another solution?
    2) Is there any tool to enlist a user's permissions on Public Folders (so I'll be able to build her permissions after the new mailbox will be created)?
