  • How can we enable SCl Column on Outlook 2003

    Can we enable SCL on outlook 2003 for exchange server 2007 user mail box?
    I followed following steps but always Excahnge information store service stopped automatically, not able to complete

    Steps:

    Copied SCl.cfg at
    %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\1033
    and after that Open Outlook 2003. Go into Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Custom Forms > Manage Forms.

    when I clicks on manage forms information store status changes to stop.

    Please help me if any solution?


    Some time allowing to show SCl on same procedurs, but on some cases not allowing.

    How can I display the Spam Confidence Level (SCL) score in Outlook 2003?

        When I clicks on "manageforms" outlook shows notification with message
        retriving data from Exchange server pc, after that one more popup says
        connection lost
        I checked event log of exchange server pc
        "The microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated unexpectedly.
        event id 7034
        file name: netevent.dll

        So I am not able to configure SCl on my outlook please provide me help
