    We receive tons of emails with technical documents attached that must be saved for later use. We found that if we saved the emails as an HTML format then we could not access the attachments. If we save as an outlook message format, then the attachments work. My problem is that my boss cannot remember to change the save as format before he saves his emails. He is very impatient and demands that I find a way to set a default for this. We have to forward these emails to other people, sometimes months after we received them, so just saving the documents is not an option. I have searched the web and microsoft and haven't been able to figure this out.

    Is this possible? I really hope so.
