  • Default calendar settings

I have an Exchange 2003 server and about 100 users all using Outlook 2003.

What I would like to do is to have an AD security group consisting of those 10 users who answer the phones. This is the easy part.

The users in this AD group should per default have full access to all users calendars, so they can input/edit meetings for them. THIS I just don't seem to be able to do?

I know it is easy for each user to individually share his or her calendar in Outlook. Easy for me that is. Not for them.

So my question is, if the above scenario is in some form possible?
So I can easily administer who is in the "phone group" and to make sure, that users in that group always have access to calendars. Without involving the users themselves.

Thanks in advance for any inputs you might have.

Sounds like a job for a script. It would be easy to give the group mailbox access, but just calendar would be harder
