Daniel, you must stop asking difficult questions of the members. It is obviously too hard for Kopal to answer.

I personally would call a question mark mechanic. Those guys are brilliant and have reasonable rates.

          I'll rephrase the question.

when I send a message using outlook to someone.
he gets the mail. and on the subject field he sees quesion marks instead of hebrew.

          demonstration:

          from: kopal
          to:
          subject "???????????, ???????????? "

Does the recipient have Hebrew language support installed?

Sorry for my language (if you're under 18 turn your head away), but how the FUCK was I supposed to fucking guess that you're talking about HEBREW?????

Does it happen to ALL the recipients or just to one?

Does it happen to ALL the senders or just to one?

Are you using Exchange? What version? Do you have Hebrew installed on the Exchange servers AND on all the GCs?

Am I supposed to guess the answer to these questions?

See if you and your recipient have Hebrew installed properly on the machine.

And no, forums are NOT fun, not when someone has to force some answers from those who seek my help.

Re: question marks appear on the subject field

It seems it happens only with some recipients.
we are running 2003 +sp1 exchange and all the servers have hebrew installed.
I choose word to be the outlook editor
and i put V on all the hebrew unicode tables in the language and regional settings
                I hope it will work.

I thought maybe it has to do with one special font, but i guess that if there are recipients who get it right It maybe something alse.
I've also recived a message myself that has the same thing
so i guess my computer doesn't do the right convertion.

Re: question marks appear on the subject field

I tend to recomment against using Word as the mail editor. More trouble than help.

                  Anyway, let us know.
