  • Outlook just terminates

    Hi there.

My client is experiencing outlook 2000/2002 issues.

They open outlook and it opens and hangs for about 5 seconds and then just terminates. It says in the event viewer that it is a faulty module on the application, but i have re-installed outlook on one of the pc's.

The strange thing is, this is happening on all client PC's on the same network.

Anything been experienced like this before by anyone? Or is there anything i should have a look for?

    Thanks

    What is the mail server?
    Could the problem be there?

Are you clear of all viruses?

Is Exchange involved on this site?
Have you tried uninstalling Office, clean out the Registry entries and reinstall Office clean?

start outlook in "safe mode" by using the
          Code:
          Outlook.exe /safe
          switch.
Then start the add-ons one at a time, by going to help>about>disabled items.
