  • e-mails disappear when forwarding

    Outlook Professional Version 2003 (11.8010.8036) SP2

    One of our clients is complaining that the email disappears everytime he tries to forward a message that was received from me. I looked on Google but couldn't find any information. Did anybody have a similar issue with Outlook?

    Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

    I have noticed this over the last few days also.

    If you look at your out going messages you will find they stick there and the users here get a admin email saying the message are re-trying to send.

          i have the same problem sure it is still in the sent mail but as of now no fix for it

          this problem resolved itself but it has happend before and will again i am sure. why.
