  • Outlook 2003 - Offline Folders selection

    Hi all!

I encounter a strange problem when following this recipe fore selecting which folders to mark for offline sync.

In point 7, there are no folders to choose from for selcting folders to synch. The area is grayed out, and there are no folders visible. If I check the "include the selected account in this group" and hit "ok"; the next time it will be unchecked.

End result: I'm unable to let my users select offline folders functionality without making them selct an individual folder in the structure and then go to tools->send/receive->send/receive settings->make folder available offline (or something like that).

Any good advice would be gratly appreciated!
