  • lync integrated support platform

    Hey guys,
    I'm a support engineer at a large company.
    Were looking to extend our Help Desk support by having a chat interface for support, that'll have users queue for the support representatives, historical reports etc..
    We have Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and every workstation at our organization have lync user and client.
    Is there any solution that answers our need?

    You could look into System Center Service Manager, which can (apparently) be integrated with Lync:
