    i am in a secnario

    where my call agents wants to rececive calls from PSTN (*UAN) to their desktop
    where software display the caller ID (on soft phone )

    what hardware i need ??
    what software i need ??

    Possible on open source??

    Universal Access Number (like 111 700 800)

      uhm. an IP based PABX might be able to do this? Take a look at Asterisk or Elastix.

        That doesn't tell us a great deal. Are you trying to integrate Lync with the PSTN?
