  • Lync 2013 mobile sign in error.

    Hi,
    I have set up a Lync 2013 Front End server and I can sign in to it with Lync 2013 windows desktop application internally and externally. But when I try to sign in from mobile app, it gives me error "We can't sign you in. Please check your account info and try again"

    When I check the mobile app log, I can see " You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied"

    I have followed many instructions online and nothing worked. Any idea ? Thanks a lot!

    The usual culprits for a broken Mobile configuration are usually certificates,DNS or a mis-configuration on your reverse proxy. There's some good tools that will help you check your configuration lie the Remote Connectivity Analyzer which can check your autodiscover configuration:- https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/.
