  • outlook anywhere coexist for exchange 2003 and 2010

    Hi,

I have setup Exchange 2010 SP3 to coexist with Exchange 2003 SP2. Currently, all mail is flowing through Exchange 2010, OWA is correctly redirecting and ActiveSync is working.

The issue I am having is when a user tries connecting using Outlook Anywhere with autodiscover and their mailbox is still on the Exchange 2003 server. They are unable to connect to it.

Mailboxes that have been moved the Exchange 2010 can be accessed over Outlook Anywhere via autodiscover.

    Help will be appreciated
    Thanks

Have you got RPC over HTTP enabled on the Exchange 2003 server? It should be set as a backend server.
