  • Exchange 2010 Calendar question

    Have an odd issue with Exchange 2010 SP1.
    3 Conferance Room Calendars/Room Mailboxes

    All members of staff have "Publishing Author" Permission to these 3 Calendars to book meetings etc.
    If they create a meeting in Calendar 1 and then decide to move it to Calendar 2 differant time and day the new meeting is created in Calendar 2
    HOWEVER
    The old meeting is not removed and when the members of staff try to remove the original meeting from Calendar 1 manually it gives them the sub menus if they right click and select remove this occurance BUT the meeting does not get removed. I as the admin then have to remove it.

    Any ideas
