  • Calendar: Outside Working hours are not displayed (OWA/Outlook 2011)

    Exchange 2010:

    OWA/Outlook 2011 users trying to schedule a meeting are not seeing "Outside of working Hours" so they are scheduling meetings when people are not in the office.

    Is this a limitation of OWA and Outlook 2011 or do we need to make a configuration change?

    The options in Outlook 2010 are:

    Busy - Tentative - Out of Office - No Information - Outside of working hours

    In OWA they are: (Note: "Outside of working hours is not an option)

    Busy - Tentative - Away
