  • Signature software

Just wondering if anyone here uses or has any experience of Signature add-on software for Exchange.

We plant our signatures using scripts but this is becoming unmanagable.

I realise 2010 has a built in facility but it's very limited.

Exclaimer and Codetwo seem to be the main ones but are there any others we should look at?

    Thanks

    Re: Signature software

Have to say I like PolicyPatrol -- does some very effective signatures and disclaimers (as well as a lot more depending on the version)

You could of course use transport rules so no extra costs

I'm definitely an advocate of Exclaimer. Very easy to use and as I recall quite reasonably priced.

        Re: Signature software

I have exclaimer on a number of sites and it is my go to product for this requirement. It hasn't let me down yet and has a lot of flexability.
