  • Change the Primary Email Domain, any affect on OWA,Active sync

Running Exchange 2010 migrating to a new domain. I'm clear on adding the new accepted domain, and changing the email address policy.

However what about my current OWA, and Active Sync for mobile phones, and SSL for both. How will the be affected? What changes need to be made?

    New domain?
Do you mean new WINDOWS domain?
If so, then all clients will have to be updated manually. SSL certificates, host names, autodiscover etc will need to be setup in advance.
I would very much doubt that pointing the same host names as the new platform is going to work correctly. You could try that - you would have to ensure that the old names are in the SSL certificate as one of the additional names for it to be transparent.
