Not sure if this is specifically an Exchange 2010 issue or more of an SBS 2011 issue but I cannot, for the life of me, get the "Microsoft Exchange Forms-Based Authentication Service" or the "Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access" services to start automatically on a reboot. I've tried both Fixits on this page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940845 as well as changing both services to depend on the System Attendant service. I've also tried changing the recovery options to restart service after 3 minutes. Still, the services never start. Any other suggestions?
