  • Exchange 2010 SP2 mail Archiving with GFI

I Install Exchange Server 2010 SP2 in my organization.

I install GFI Mail Archiver on the same system running Exchange Server 2010 SP2 and configure archiving policies for the users and administrators separately.

Presently users are able to see emails which are very old in my outlook inbox but I want to restrict the users to see only last 10 days mail.

All the emails which are older then 10 days should need the permission of administrator to be viewed by users.

domain controller and Exchange Server are running on VM on Hyper-v
Domain Controller is running on Server 2008 R2 SP1.

    Exchange server 2010 SP2 installed and configured on Server 2008 R2 SP1.

All the Operating systems are fully patched and hardened.
    Mails Flow is smooth.

    Finally I got it.
Uninstall Outlook connector from client PC.
    Reinstall outlook connector.
And .. I got my result.
Now I can see mails in outlook inbox for last 10 days.
Mails which are older then 10 days automatically moves to GFI Mail Acrhiver Database.
I need the permission of administrator to access those archived mails.
