    We upgraded to Exchange 2010 and moved all mailboxes. When we shutdown the old 2007 exchange server, no one can access their calendars anymore. The users just gets an hour glass...

    Very puzzled.

    What Outlook Client are you using? Have you moved all Public Folder replicas to Exchange 2010 and verified the default Public folder setting of the mailbox databases? Is the same issue encountered when using OWA?

      Mixture of 2007 and 2010 clients. When you mean "Moved all Public Folder replicas to Exchange 2010 verified the default Public folder setting of the mailbox databases?" You mean: Toolbox > Public Folder Management Console? and From: Organization > Mailbox?

      Does not happen in OWA

        I just noticed that when I shut down the old 2007 exchange server and then had the user close and re-open Outlook the problem disappeared.

        What happens if I bring up the old server again and uninstall Exchange server 2007?
