  • Allow Auto-Reply to internet from one user but not others in exchange 2010

    Hi All,

We using exchange 2010 and wondering how we can allow one user to send auto-reply to internet but block other in organization.

I tried turning on auto-reply for remote domain and configured a hub transport rule to handle the situation but it didn't help.

Same scenario for out-of-office works as expected.

    Any reply will be appreciated.

    Thanks

What did the HT rule do?
    And what didn't work?

In hub transport rule I have following:

      1. Any message from our organization
      2. And Going to outside of our organization
      3. And Message type is "Auto Reply"
      4. Delete message without notifying anyone
      5. Except it's from a member of a distribution list (we have few users member of this distribution list)

What's happening "Auto Reply" going to internet from all users regardless user is member of distribution list or not.

      Thanks
