  • Problems with Outlook/OWA and Exchange 2007

One of my users reported that he cannot login to OWA and Outlook was in Disconnected state.
When I checked EMC, he appeared both in regular Recipient Configuration\Mailbox and Recipient Configuration\Disconnected Mailboxes. I created PST on his local computer, disabled the account in Recipient Configuration\Mailboxes and eventually with Shell removed the mailbox from Disconnected Mailboxes.
Then I created new mailbox for him, and attached to his AD account. Recipient Configuration\Mailbox says it's a new account, that was never logged on to Exchange, same goes when I try Get-Mailbox-Statistics with alias or GUID, but he cannot log in to OWA (famous "OWA could not find a mailbox for domain\user..) or Outlook at all. I've checked AD Users and Computers for his account, I see the same Exchange GUID.

I really would like to eliminate the option to delete both his AD account, and do everything from scratch, so if anyone has some idea, please let me know.

    Thanks in advance!
