    What client?
If outlook, what happens when you check "connection status" (ctrl+ right click toolbar icon)

    Does OWA work OK?
Have you restarted the CAS services?

User can not connect to server. Our exchange is so strange the Physical Memory always drop to very low. When I restart the server it have more than 1GB free , howerver when few hour later it only remain about 100mb or drop to 0.It will not group back or release the memory .

Re: outlook Client suddenly can not connect to server

This is how Exchange is supposed to work, it will take all memory that is available and give it only back once another application requests some more, but I don't think this is relevant to your problem.

Have you tried to answer the questions Ossian mentioned and which Exchange version btw? Guessing Exchange 2007 since you talk about storage groups, but this have to be clear.

While Exchange will use all of the RAM, it should give it back when something else asks for it. Plus I have never seen an Exchange server exhaust the RAM completely, so that would indicate an issue. The usual cause is third party software that hooks in to Exchange - AV, Antispam etc.

6gb of RAM is also pretty light for that number of mailboxes and everything else. I would be looking to increase it. RAM is cheap and Exchange 2007 and higher likes lots of it.
