  • "databases in dirty shutdown state"

Instance 1: Database headers have been successfully validated. All databases are in a dirty shutdown state. To bring these databases to a clean shutdown state, log generations 890830 (0x000d97ce) to 890840 (0x000d97d will be required.

our full backups are completing successfully, on a nightly basis.
I've just restarted th server and the stores mount successfully with no problem, and are fully accessible.

Am I correct in my research, suggesting that "eseutil /MH" might help repair this?
would I need those transaction logs suggested above?

if I don't have them.. would I then create a new storage group, move all the mailboxes over and just be done with it ?
