    Hi everyone,

    I am using SBS 2011 Standard and we have some mail enabled public folders.

    All I am looking to do is add a user editable field to the default form but seem to be struggling a little.

    Once an enquiry arrives, I would like to be able to assign it a reference number and then move the enquiry to the appropraite subfolder. I would like this reference to be visible when looking at the public folder / subfolders.

    Clients are using Outlook 2007 and 2010.

    I can do it currently by Designing This Form each time, adding the text box and label and saving the post/message back to to folder before transferring it. But this is really most unweildly.

    Any help would be gratefully accepted.
