  • Outlook web access, signature section greyed out (IE9)

    Hello!

I'm having an issue with a single remote user who's Signature section in OWA is greyed out, she's using IE9. If I log in as the user then I can edit the user's signature in any browser that properly supports OWA. Anybody have any ideas?

    Regards

    Paddy

First thing to do with any OWA issues is to flush the temporary internet files.

2010, The feature isn't disabled as I am able to use the feature when logged on as the user on my machine

You said above that you logged in as the user and it worked fine.
Did you actually login with the user's account, or did you use your (or another) account that has full mailbox permissions?

          It is a key difference.

If the problem is happening on multiple machines, then it has to be a problem with the account. However if you are able to login and see the screen correctly then either you are not logging in the same way, the user is doing something wrong or the problem exists on multiple systems.
