  • Exchange 2007/OWA conf'g'ed for different user AuthN experience

Can exchange 2007/OWA be configured to give different organization users different OWA Authentication experience?

For example group-a is using IWA and Group-b is using FBA + some sort of certificate AuthN.

The Objective here is to restrict a group of few common floor users from using/accessing OWA only from 1 floor PC and not allowing them to access OWA from their personal smartphone or home computers, etc.

    Can this be done by:
    - Configuring OWA for Group-A & -B on IIS as two different Web APPs?
    - Or should this be done by deploying Exchange 2007 with multiple Outlook Web App (OWA) Virtual Directories?
    - Or is there a 3rd solution?
    Appreciate your response.

Hmm, worng area of the forum, I think Exchange 2007 / 2010 would be more appropriate.

Regarding your question: I'm not sure if you can do what you want with simply configure Exchange 2007 virtual directories.

Maybe it's posiible and easier using TMG with different publishing rules.
