  • Can I have a separate workgroup in Exchange 2010

In our College we have 1 domain and 300 user in our Exchange 2010 mostly are faculty members, we want to add about 30 students accounts to our Exchange 2010, how can I do, so student don't see faculty and faculty won't see students in the address book? Is that possible?

you would need to create separate address books - basically what you're doing is similar to a hosted exchange solution.

this is somewhere to start reading at least, even if it's likely way overpowered for what you want to do

As already said SP2 resovles this. The new 'Address book policy' feature can provide this funtion.
