  • OWA Logon Screen Problem

    Hello Experts,
I've test lab environment. In that I migrated my exchnage server 2007 SP2 from Windows 2003 platform to Windows 2008. Everything was done succesfully. Mailbox moved with no problems. The only issue is occuring with the OWA logon screen, as it with red x marks. Please see the attached image.

    Any thoughts. Thanks

    Re: OWA Logon Screen Problem

Where are you accessing OWA from -- the server itself or from a client?
Do you get the same problem with images from the main site (try http://localhost/iisstart.htm from the server itself)

          Re: OWA Logon Screen Problem

Basically I reinstall my IIS. However the error screen has been changed. When I type my https address it prompt for basice authentication (please see snap 1) and then gives me error message (please snap 2).
          Thanks for reply and support.

If you reinstalled IIS, I'm not surprised you've broken OWA. IMHO your best option would now be to run Exchange setup to remove the CAS role and then, after checking IIS is still OK, re-adding it. Good thing its a test lab and not a production server!
