    Re: exchange Backup ??

    You are kidding?

What backup software are you using in your domain, and what do you back up to at the moment?

Lowest common denominator is Windows Server Backup (a feature you can add to Server 2008 ) -- fully exchange aware but not the most managable / efficient option

Go to and look up Windows Backup for whichever server OS you are using.

But IMHO look at a 3rd party "Exchange Aware" solution -- BackupExec is good (but $$$), BackupAssist is a lot cheaper, and there are others.

OK, Windows Backup can do it -- not well, but it works.

Apply the "7 P" principle and do some initial research
