  • Exchange 2007 System Objects.

    Hello,

I'm no exchange guru, but we have a DL that has three members. 2 users and a Exchange System Object (Archive). Users have access to this object through their outlook.

Unfortunately users who access this archive are now saying emails are not arriving in there. What is this, where would it be located, how can I troubleshoot issues with email not arriving there which it is arriving to the other two users in the DL.

    Thanks in advance.

    That is a public folder.
When a group is created through the SBS management console you have an option to create a public folder as well. The most likely cause is someone has deleted or changed the public folder permissions. At a minimum to receive email, anonymous and "Default" need to have contributor rights.

    Simon.
